Managing Director & Pest Control Specialist
Growing up in rural Northumberland, where he studied Agriculture, Gavin is passionate about wildlife and believes in a balanced, sustainable approach to pest control. As a member of The Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT), he brings his understanding of UK wildlife to every job, helping customers make informed decisions about pest management.
Gavin purchased Less Pest in April 2020 after 28 years in Financial Services, bringing his professional standards and compliance expertise to the pest control industry.

Ross
Pest Control Technician
Ross joined the team as an experienced Pest Control Technician, qualified to Royal Society of Public Health Level 2 (RSPH). With 10 years of previous experience working with a Local Authority, Ross brings a vast array of knowledge and practical skills to every job.

Sharon
Infection Control & Public Health Specialist
Sharon qualified as a registered Nurse in 1984 and became an Infection Control Nurse Specialist in 2005 while working for The Royal Papworth Hospital. She graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2009 with a BSc in Infection Control.
Her extensive infection control experience includes leading services in NHS Acute, Community, and Pre-hospital care providers. She also worked for Public Health England as part of a Health Protection team.
Since 2016, Sharon has been self-employed, providing specialist advisory consultancy services to healthcare organisations.
Her expertise in infection control and public health adds a valuable dimension to Less Pest's approach to sanitation and health-related aspects of pest management.
